Awards Luncheon
The largest event of the year, the Metrocrest Area Chamber Annual Awards Luncheon will take place on Thursday, February 26, 2026, bringing together business, civic, and community leaders from across the Metrocrest region.
This signature event honors individuals and organizations who have made a meaningful impact on our business community over the past year. Awards presented include Ambassador of the Year, Business of the Year, Rising Star Awards, and the Milburn Gravley Citizen of the Year.
With more than 350 attendees, the Annual Awards Luncheon is a celebration of leadership, service, and excellence, and a must-attend event for those invested in the success of the Metrocrest area.

National Day of Prayer Breakfast
Held annually in early May, the National Day of Prayer Breakfast will take place on Thursday, May 7, 2026. This meaningful event brings together community leaders, elected officials, faith leaders, and residents from Addison, Carrollton, and Farmers Branch for a morning of reflection, prayer, and unity.
The National Day of Prayer Breakfast is a long-standing tradition in the Metrocrest region, creating space to pause, reflect, and come together across backgrounds and perspectives. It serves as a reminder of shared values and the importance of leadership, service, and community.

State of Education
The State of Education event, scheduled for May 19, brings together regional education and workforce leaders for a timely conversation on talent pipelines, student outcomes, and the future of education in North Texas. The program will feature a panel of ISD Superintendents from Coppell ISD, Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD, and Lewisville ISD, alongside the President of Dallas College Brookhaven Campus. The discussion will also include insight from an early childhood education expert and a policy-focused perspective, with anticipated participation from Texas 2036, connecting education strategy, workforce readiness, and long-term economic competitiveness.

Golf Tournament
The Annual Golf Tournament will be held in September 2026, with the exact date to be announced. This premier event brings together business leaders and professionals from across the Metrocrest region for a day of connection, friendly competition, and relationship-building on the course.
Participants enjoy a high-energy networking experience with opportunities for team play, sponsorship activation, and engagement throughout the day. Proceeds from the tournament support the Metrocrest Area Chamber’s programs and initiatives that strengthen the regional business community.

Economic Development Summit
Scheduled for Thursday, August 6, 2026, the Economic Development Summit brings together business leaders, policymakers, and regional experts for a focused conversation on growth, infrastructure, and investment across the Metrocrest region.
This signature event provides insight into regional and statewide economic trends, development strategies, and the factors shaping long-term competitiveness. Attendees will engage with leaders who influence policy, investment, and economic outcomes impacting North Texas.
The 2026 Summit will feature Abby Lindenberg, Founder, President, and CEO of Capital Analytics Associates, who brings a data-driven perspective on regional economic ecosystems, growth trends, and market competitiveness informed by extensive CEO-level research and analysis.
The program will also include Economic Development Directors from Addison, Carrollton, and Farmers Branch, offering a local lens on development activity, investment priorities, and regional collaboration within the Metrocrest area.

Celebrate Metrocrest Business Expo
Held on June 18, the Metrocrest Area Chamber Business Expo is a high-energy showcase of the region’s business community. The Expo provides an opportunity for businesses to showcase their products and services, discover other local companies, and build new connections with customers, partners, and peers.
With more than 50 exhibitors and 400+ attendees, the event features local businesses, food vendors, and interactive exhibits, along with engaging presentations and panel discussions that add insight and value throughout the day. Free food and beverages from area restaurants enhance the experience, making the Business Expo a must-attend event for visibility, networking, and community engagement.

Mayors Forum
The Mayors’ Forum, scheduled for October 15, 2025, provides a platform for the mayors of Addison, Carrollton, and Farmers Branch to share updates on their cities’ progress, priorities, and future plans.
This event encourages civic engagement and offers attendees a clear, firsthand look at local governance, regional collaboration, and the issues shaping the Metrocrest communities.
